Apparently the funeral rights ....the baby got the money not him. Actually i didnt know he was always out there i thought he was locked in that house apart from for court appearances. But soon as they said this come under British laws it was obvious what would happen. To us ppl are inncoent until proven otherwise. Its the way our laws work and no way in hell could ppl who present our programmes say the kind of things yours do without being sued. Our forums too we cant put what ive seen on tmz for eg...our accounts would get banned instantly. Sites like Tmz i think are disgusting. We dont really have anything like that and it doesnt seem to care if things are true just about how trashy it can be. If hes responsible for killing either Anna Nicole or Daniel..or even remotely respsonsible for there deaths he should receive the highest penalty. But now and its a big but even if the inquest is held hw woudl probably get away with it for the simple fact whats been said about him.

I couldn't defend a man who knows this isn't his baby and wants to deny the real father his rights.

To be honest there seprate issues the paternity isnt involved in possible murder charges. But again if this is going to come under British law our law are different regarding that too ( and that one does suck i agree) Its ok for tv ppl to have public opinion..but to lynch ppl ahead of a possible trial no its not. Luckily we have no programmes like NancyGrace ( entertaining tho they may be) cos of court stuff. Incidentally tis ok saying your tv ppl hjave rights to say what they w ant but Rosie O Donnel sucks tho

I agree with you in your statement, but one thing I find weird... besides the fact that the hostage situation started right when Brittain declared it was pulling out of the Iraq war. I find weird that in each foto taken of the hostages they seem to be on a party atmosphere. They are shown laughing, joking, smiling. What happened to good ole-fashion hostage intimidation and torture. Hopefully the situation is solved peacefully without any more military involvement in the area. :) p.s. Because this thread is about Anna's case, I gotta say something about it. Umm... Does Dr. Perper know the meaning of the word manslaughter?

Yes, the issues may be seperate but it involves ONE man who is tied into both the deaths and the paternity of that baby stopping all of it and interferring and he needs to be stopped once and for all. As I have said, Stern and Anna put themselves out there for years for the media and you don't honestly think that no one is going to talk now when both Anna and her son have died suddenly. The fact too that Howard sold the pictures of Daniel's death and the birth of the little girl-if they did not want the media in their life then they should not have put themselves out there for it. The media doesn't go away when bad things happen-actually I think they are in your face even more and because both deaths were so sudden this is a big story and wait, lets go there with this paternity-STERN went public saying he was that baby's father so he started all of this with that. He made the decision to do what he did and now he has to live with it and if people have seen and heard the stories and formed opinions whose fault is that? If Stern did nothing wrong then he has nothing to worry about. Obviously he knows he is guilty and that is why he is pulling at every string possible to stop the inquest. Hopefully the judges have the common sense to tell Stern to shut up, the inquest it moving forward.
