Police brutality is nothing new. Just most of the time it gets over looked. When a prisoner surrenders is it really necessary for the police to slam them up against the car? and I agree that right now we need to focus on the newer things going on with this country. It has already been reported about NO PD getting more aggressive. They have been getting more aggressive all over the country not just in NO.
