It does not matter what is said or how things are done in England-it is different in the U.S. Fathers are given their children quite often now and with the mother gone, the father (LARRY) will get her over the grandmother. Bahamian laws will not have a thing to do with anything once she is brought to the U.S. Vergie would not stay there anyway. I am willing to bet that the bodies get exhumed after the autopsy is done too. Larry is a U.S. citizen not Bahamian; the kid is a U.S. citizen so why do you keep claiming the father won't get her? Where are you getting your info from? These so called lawyers?

I rtead some weeks ago that grandmothers are consaidered the better caregivers than Men are. Some Bahamain Monique Gomez said the same yesterday. Seeing as her home has already been checked they have to be considering it at least. My personal opinion if it means she keeps the little girl she would stay in the Bahamas and not return tot he states.

The problem to a degree is yes shes a us citizen but that doesnt mean that she has to ignore the laws of the country she was born in or lives in because her father not fro m there. I hope she doesnt go to Vergie you know that, It worries me they would even consider it. But what worries me...is no one Bahamian or even our lawyers are even saying Larry will get it and some are even saying that it could be shared custody. Bahamas ...if they rule against Larry just cos its a girl is sexist..and well..if there gonna say these rules come under our laws fine...he could appeal in London. My honest opinion tho is the Bahamians are fed up of it all and would rather it all just be over with.

Yeah well the Bahamian courts are the ones dragging this on-they are not citizens so throw it all back to the U.S. except for the inquest on Daniel because he died there. Send everyone else out of the country excluding Howard until the inquest is done. Bahamians hate Stern and want Anna and Daniel out of their country too. The kid is not a citizen there and if Larry is the father, her custody goes under U.S. laws not Bahama laws.

I keep asking myself too where she is getting her info. She is basing it on the fact as if they are Bahamian citizens which NO ONE is. You are not a citizen unless you own property valued at more than $500,000.00-Vergie can't afford a ham sandwhich on rye, Stern can't even afford to buy his own fruit of the looms much less a house of that price to stay there and Stern is going to be tossed out. Larry will take the child back to the U.S. where he and his daughter ARE citizens and there is not a damn thing anyone can do. If they want to fight him, that is one case many attorneys will line up for and I guarantee you he will win hands down. I don't understand why on earth the Bahamian courts have not tossed Stern out after Anna died with neither of them being citizens. This is all for publicity which unfortunately has cost their country lots of tourism monies. Citizenship cannot be irrelevant one minute and relevant another. Stern and Anna fled the U.S. to avoid paternity and for other reasons. Her citizenship was null now from what was said last night because she did not own the house and what the magistrate Gibson did was illegal, it was obtained fraudulently so common sense would tell you if she was not legal, Stern definetly isn't then the baby isn't. And wait, here is a perfect example of this. All of you remember Elian Gonzalez whose mother and he fled Cuba, she died en route, the relatives tried to keep him in the U.S. from the father. The father was given him in the end. No courts anywhere will keep a father from their child unless they are a drug dealing thug-Howard fits that description, Larry doesn't so he will get her. Go to law libraries and research stuff before stating it on here. The babies citizenship plays a huge role in what country has the last say in who gets custody of her and I can bet you Bahama's is last on the list in the end

Hopefully Howard will just keep his trap shut-contesting anything else just may cost him a whole lot more money-money he does not have...they said he and his lawyers have been meeting with someone who is considering taking a defamation case he wants to file in regards to things from the estate being stolen from Anna's estate like the videos etc. The legal expert said it won't stand up in court because they were not his-they were Anna's and she is no longer here. I think he needs to stop making so many waves for himself and watch it because Larry will be countersuing him for all the hell he has put him through. The expert said the movies were shown in open court as testimony so he cant sue for that. Isn't it like Stern --trying to figure out where or who he is going to get his next buck from.
