John O'Quinn is an attorney who knew better than to claim outright that Howard murdered Anna and Daniel. He's also quite affluent and he will pay dearly for that slip of the tongue. Tbh im not sure where you get off on thinking most of the world killed both of them. For a fact with Danny at least two of the drugs werent in his name..or didnt you check that out? Yes he can sue ppl. They have said he has murdered anna nicole...and the fact is he has been cleared of this! So for OQuin etc to keep saying he murdered them is plain wrong! If in the future the case gets reopened and he gets convicted of killing anyone then fine...they can say he killed them but until then yes he should sue! ********************************** now Howard knows that would be stupid of him to sue. if he does that he opens himself up to cross examination questions in court. he could barely answer questions in the Fla. court and he would not be able to handle it.

And, lest not forget this lovely doctor, she of all people knows you cannot do that and the fact that you can only prescribe narcotics 30 days supply at a time. She for heaven's sakes had them in her name and giving them to Anna. Anyone can sue, it does not mean he will win and to be honest, I think the case will be squashed until the final rulings come out. I read no where that he says he wants the baby to remain in Howard's life. I did read he feels sorry for him but then, as grant said it will be a whole new story when they get back to the states. Larry is much more level headed and seems more of a guy to forgive--not like Stern's family-remember the big mouth sister said over her dead body would anyone have anything to do with the baby. Start digging your hole sis cause get what?

Maybe... but the thing is there are thats all fine and dandy if it was only when she was with Howard she took the drugs but it wasnt. And if he didnt want his daughter to be exposed to drugs then as a father when she was in hospital and taking things he should have gone to the nurse or doctor and didnt so at the end of the day there was no different whatsoever between the pair of them. Ge got her pregnant not once but tiwce...knowing she took the drugs so to take the moral highground over drugs would be kind of stupid. He knows ANS and Howard more than any of us on here and weirdly they have never acted like a lot of ppl do in custody battles with each others. There are rumours that Vergie applied for custody after Daneils death,,,and thats what she meant in that video when she said bring it on mummy dearest. By not having the fathers name blank would in theory have made the family unit seem more secure. Likewise when she died had howard just said im the father Vergie would have got custody in the short term at least and i dont think he wanted that cos of what had happened.
