I don't think anyone wants to see someone die, let alone like this. But I can not and will not convict someone based on erratic, selective "reporting", along with the perception that unarmed means not dangerous. We do not know what happened; we only have some versions, which may or may not be skewed.
I heard something about the officer who first reponded, or one of them, thought charges should have been brought instantly, and the Prosecutor felt there wasn't enough evidence to charge. Unfortunatly that is their discrection. Just as I was not happy with the Casey Anthony verdict, some will not be happy with this outcome. But due to the uproar, I sincerely feel there is no chance of "fair" trial.
