Someone told me Virgie came from court today looking like the cat who ate the canary.

Anyone can charge what they want to the trust, I highly doubt it will be paid by it. It is not the kids fault all these people are acting like damn selfish fools. Anna should have just done the DNA back in October when it was first requested and this would not be an issue and the bills would not be so high. Howard is going to be hit with lawsuits for what he is putting people through and for causing all this to drag on.

And why do you think she wants her, not because she loves the sweet little thing-she thinks she is going to be a goldmine for her-her financial worries would be over. Well, they better think again. From what the legal experts said in regards to this money it will go into a trust fund and they will have to go to the judge and prove they need money. They kept mentioning millions a year to live on because of the lifestyle she would have had. Heck, all her mom knew was to see who she could get to hand things over to her. Did the women ever make an honest living? No kid needs a mil + to live on. Put it in the trust and leave it there until she turns 21. I would not even give her any at 18. Kids are irresponsible with money. I don't think Vergie should have her even if Larry is not the father. I only hope that this kid does not grow up to be one screwed up kid. It will be interesting to see what is happening to her 5/10 years from now.

The Bahamaian court may start out saying Vergie gets her which I don't see that happening but if it did, I will bet you that Larry will fight her like there is no tomorrow and remember she has to come back on U.S. soil. Courts don't take kids from fathers especially when the mother is dead. Courts don't give the kid to a grandparent if there is a father in the picture and he is fit to raise the child and wants it. In the U.S. more and more men are being awarded custody of their kids, I have seen it too many times in court.

Yea but serioulsy Ok she gets given custody of the baby by the courts in Bahamas and with it posisbly trust for millions...do you honestly think she would leave Bahamas and go back to Texas knowing the baby and nest egg would probably be taken from her?
