I didn't say I wasn't interested in other views; I am not particularly interested in your view.

Then toughen up and learn to ignore it or debate it.

DEBUNKED LIBERAL LIE.
======================According to this entry in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints’ genealogical database, Davies was baptized as a Mormon at a “special family meeting” 14 months after his death: “All ordinances except sealing to spouse performed in Salt Lake Temple on 19 Nov 1993 in special family meeting,” the entry says. (When we previously asked the church whether Davies had been baptized, a spokesperson told us that the information was available only to his family and church members. But it’s apparently right there on the internet for those who know what to look for.)

LOL, even your extremist "freethoughtblogs" doesn't link Romney to it.

FAIL.  AGAIN.

can you show me when exactly Romney supposingly performed this?

======================================================

Ok, here is link to the 2007 Newsweek interview (Oct 1 , 2007) referenced in the other link and republished in the Daily Beast . Daily Beast as you probably know is part of Newsweek. I know this still won't satisfy certain idiots.

http://www.thedailybeast.com/newsweek/2007/10/01/mitt-s-mission.html

It is a long article but do an Edit Find for "I have in my life" and you will come across this

"Romney's biography is fully Mormon. When asked by NEWSWEEK if he has done baptisms for the dead—in which Mormons find the names of dead people of all faiths and baptize them, as an LDS spokesperson says, to "open the door" to the highest heaven—he looked slightly startled and answered, "I have in my life, but I haven't recently." The awareness of how odd this will sound to many Americans is what makes Romney hesitant to elaborate on the Mormon question."

Again, sorry, but your religion-bashing has nothing to do with politics

==================================

As though you confine your inane posts to politics.

can you show me where plexy continues to post about religion? I don't recall her doing that.

What does this have to do with politics (besides nothing)?
============================================
Jews, Hindus and other Christians particularly Catholics don't like the LDS practice of postmortem baptisms , and Romney endorses the practice since he had his agnostic father in law baptized above the gentleman's wishes. That's what it has to do with Politics. Romney doesn't respect the faiths or lack of faith in others. He's unfit to be president.

========================

In a 2007 Newsweek interview, Romney was asked if he had ever performed baptisms of the dead, and said, “I have in my life, but I haven’t recently.’’ His campaign did not respond to an inquiry on whether he baptized Holocaust victims.

***********************

oh, I see so you give me a link that was posted last week. now Romney said he has in his life but the article pertains to the Jews. but your post was about a different religion. I am disappointed I was hoping you wouldn't be lazy and do a little research and not be such a media parrot. my birds are 5x brighter than you.

======================

The link is  to an article which appeared in Newsweek magazine. Capice? The article I posted earlier never claimed that Romney had performed a proxy baptism on Gandhi. It only said that he had done it in the past and referenced the Newsweek 2007 interview. I am sorry you have a comprehension problem. Why on earth should I be performing research for you ? Am I your hired hand? Are your fingers paralyzed?

"LOL, more leftloon blogs linking to more religion-bashing."

I gather thier duplicity dones't seem to bother them... They bash Romney for his religion yet they seem to be fine with such practices when it comes to Harry Reid, a member of hte same religion...

Go figure, only lefty loons can successfully hold two opposing opinions at the same time.

And. Harry Reid endorses the same practice.... Yet, you don't seem to have any issue with him, the Leader of the US Senate.

What say you?

Ried is the Senate majority leader doofus.... your duplicity is not hidden by your attempt to change the subject. Then again, neither is your bigotry.
