I think oral with your spouse in your own home is stil illegal in this state (no, I am not kidding).  It is crazy that a child who was harmed gets no justice and a child who was just being a typical boy gets his life taken away. Our justice system in GA is a joke...but it's like this everywhere in the US isn't it?  Anyone with half a brain can see that there are problems that need to be fixed.  Why is no one doing anything?  Who's job is it? Are we waiting on a politician who will stand up and work to repair it?  We can't even get one to stand up and lie about doing it, much less take action!

Until recently if you had money you were innocent in the end. That seriously needs to change.  That's obviously been the gateway to how we got here. In our court system(s) nothing makes sense anymore, and it doesn't even have to!!!
