May GOD have mercy upon them if they do not open their eyes before it is too late. Prophecy of old time ( far before birth, crucifixion, resurrection of Jesus) predicted that even with eyes, they would not see and with ears, they would not hear. It is clear that nothing has changed. I will not yet use prohetic quotes with specific chapter and verse, although I  can; instead, I will urge everyone who can read, to obtain a Holy Bible, if they do not own one, get one.

Read the book, for it is the word of God. It has 66 different books, was written over a period of approximately 1500 years on three continents and in three languages. It had 40 authors with varying educational levels, professions and ages. Among them were fishermen, attorneys, a physician, kings, shepherds and scientists. Each "story" written by them is astonishingly accurate. When several people give an account of the same event today, such as an accident, their accouts vary widely. These biblical accounts are so close to each other that the circumstances of their compilation being inaccaurate are far more than 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.

Thank You

WOW, seriously, do people really still talk like this?

I've read the bible, twice anmd in both cases i thought it was a good book with a good story but surely people can see its a control mechanism created to help control mankind? I have nothing againsnt anyone who has religious faith but when they talk like this they're not exactly doing themselves or their beliefs any good at all.

Atheists have as much rights as anyone to believe what they want.  There is no reason for us to stop having christmas parties and trees in schools or public places though!  We have the right to enjoy the holidays our way.  Trying to ruin someone elses party by banning things or stopping others is going about things the wrong way.

Going overboard in political correctness is a big problem.  There are huge differences even between people in the same religion.  Atheists will have to explain to the kids what christmas means.  A lot of people enjoy christmas as a holiday and not just a religous event.

I don't think atheists have a problem with publicly financed celebrations of the winter solstice (oops, Christmas) as long as they are not religious in nature.  Once the government starts sending messages that religion or a specific religion is favored over irreligion or any other religion we have a problem.

I have to disagree with you regarding the first Christians were Roman Catholics, they were not. The first Christians at least most of them never seen Rome, it was Rome, pagans and the Jews who began persecuting the Church beginning in early years of Church, The children of God were first called Christians at Antioch.

The Catholic church began after most all of the apostles died off or were killed off. Then there was a power struggle within all sects of the Church and some leaders in the Catholic sect went in cahoots with Constantine the ruler of Rome and that is when the world began running the Roman Catholic Church. The real church was underground and it was called the Universal Church "catholic" meaning universal. The apostles had warned about the ravenous wolves about to devour the flock, and Rome did just that, if you have not read " Foxes book of Martyrs, you should, it tells of all the atrocities of the roman catholic church in detail . Please do not misunderstand me, I believe there are good people in the Catholic Church, but they are being deceived!
