Sorry but under British law he doesnt. Under your law perhaps he does but not under ours and the fact theres a warrant out for his arrest in this matter which he admits would indicate he couldnt

He let the ppl live there. The arrangement..whatever it was didnt work out. To enter that property he needs eviction order authorised by courts. He didnt have that so hes on property without permission and taking stufdf to boot.

Im curious...if you break into a house ( he DID NOT have an eviction notice so had no right to be in there) and steal things and sell one thing alone for $500 000 what kinda sentence you would get? *********************************** break in? doubt that he had the keys to the place.

We had tons of probs a year or so ago). If a home owner goes to court he will get a eviction order there and then. The person in the house will get a letter probably deleivered by bailiff to be out within a week or so sometimes 3 - 4 weeks if they have kids. It just doesnt go on for months and months like this has. Bearing in mind its only being stated in the media waht Thompson says and a lot of that is lies...im not so sure whose house this really is OR what the deal was when Anna Nicole moved in there. ************************************** did Anna make any payments? doesn't look like it. ================ Yes she did. In absenteeism. To the cha ching of $500,000 for the clown video. Haven't even mentioned the price value of the other items he stole. Good ol Shelley. He aint real smart. lol ****************************************** try to make sure you can back that statement with proof!

Stern goes before the judge at 10 tomorrow morning explaining why he thinks the DNA should be thrown out-hopefully the judge throws him out! ........................................................ I agree! Enough is enough! I wish the judge would put a stop to this circus, it is a waste of money and only the lawyers are getting rich, I sure they are all enjoying themselves in the Bahamas.

The judges are making out too-you dont think they aren't getting paid under the table. What is funny as I have said all along is everyone is 'banking' on this millions of the estate of the old guy and it hasn't even been ruled yet. There was a new hearing in May and I still think that since Anna is dead the money will not be awarded now-how fast will Stern give up the kid then? How much you want to bet he is going to drag this out until that court hearing. I heard someone mention about him being executor-isn't the will null? How can he be executor and lawyer too? TMZ did a 'dig up' on Vergie's lawyer, how about doing one on Stern. He is worse than any lawyer I have ever seen.

Noone has probably has the time to go after it yet. Howard probably has not followed through with anything yet because he knows that the will is probably void with Daniel being dead. Thats probably why he is fighting so hard for the baby, because he knows the money is going to stay with her.
