Here's how ridiculous speculation and the media can be: From TMZ: Howard K. Stern lost a big one in the Bahamas today. Stern's appeal on DNA testing was just rejected, and Howard K. was penalized by the three-judge panel to the tune of $10,000. TMZ has learned Stern was ordered to pay $5,000 in attorney's fees to the Registrar General and $5,000 to Birkhead's lawyer -- not Debra Opri, the Bahamian one. ========================================= From ET: BREAKING NEWS: ET has learned that Howard K. Stern's paternity appeal has been dropped. Just in today, ET has learned that attorneys for HOWARD K. She even billed him for making copies of her appearances on the news. I mean, what did she do for him, other than get publicity? If the old guys case goes through the lawyers will all have liens to get paid out of it. The way they are running up bills, there will be nothing left in the end. Wonder what Stern would do if they call him in, hand him a couple bucks and say 'This is all that is left. Thanks for all your hard work.' That would be about the time I think he shoots himself!

Two versions, three versions, who cares how many there are. Bottom line the DNA stands and Stern has no say in it now. In the next couple days we will know who the daddy is. Best part is Stern was fined for his nonsense. Finally the courts are wising up to this fool and his crap. He is a nobody, is not even a citizen of that country. Anna and Stern fled to it to avoid paternity and financial problems Anna had in the U.S. Daniel ends up dead in the Bahama's and now he has to answer to it. They made a legal mess of things and to bad for Stern that he is left have to deal with it...boo hoo hoo! Maybe he should have stayed in the U.S.; life would not be so bad for him now.

Why isn't STern taking care of that kid instead of everyone else So when and if Larry gets custody of the baby i assume he wont be working? I know it is gross but I was thinking last night about this. Stern knows he is not the father but maybe he is stalling all of this because he does not want the world to know Daniel and his mother -- well, you know. I have heard of it happening and remember she had hired women to have sex with him. Let's just hope he is stalling it because he does not want to lose the kid because then he loses his cash cow. Bumpkin, the eulogy by Howard Sterm was more of an attempt at self-redemption aimed at the eyes of the public, than a real eulogy to remember Anna's life. Heck, Virgie's and Larry's were also.
