It doesn't matter what they rule, she will be brought back to the U.S. and the courts here will not take the child from its father-what part of this don't you understand. She is not going to be living in the Bahama's much longer.

Exactly and thats the point im trying to make. And if she keeps in the Bahamas cos she knows the baby will get taken off her in the states.....is she then really so different to Howard?

For your information i think a Bahamian lawyer would know there own rules. Secondly ive heard this several times regarding the grandmother getting custody of this baby. Whether you like it or not this could happen. ************************************ too funyy! let's keep this as complicated as we can now. I also think a Bahamian lawyer will talk nonsense so he can be heard. how have you heard? there is a gag order from the courts on this paternity.

It wasnt a lawyer specifically in this case. Not sure i think her name was Gomez. At least i dont think shes involved in the case. She said ( and ive ssen this several times now) that in Bahamas the courts think that females are better caregivers than men are and that its very unlikly that they would give custody of a girl to a guy. I think apparently a visit to her home has already been done. If you remember Vergie filed a case saying *she was the better care giver* so i guess it was base don that why she done it.

Only if she comes with the money, then he will treat her like a princess. Everyone will promise to treat her like a princess if they would just give her to them.
