He thought that he was her father, he was only going on what the woman that he loved said, why should he doubt her? He loved her. ****************************** are we talking about the same man who was taping Anna on a video while she was so zonked out? and joking about a mushroom trip, oh yea! he really loved her!

He knew darn well he was not the dad and for that he put Larry through so much and denied him from seeing his baby be born, that is cruel.

For heavens sakes, give it a rest---it does not matter what Anna wanted, she is dead thanks to Howard and now that little girl will finally know her daddy. Depends too who is telling you that she said that he was not the dad. Anna LIED to the world about Larry not being the daddy and both she and Howard caused Larry to miss out on the birth of his daughter and the first 6 months of her life but you know what, he has the next 50 + years with her and that is all that matters now. God Bless them both, I wish them a happy life together.

But didn't Anna also say that Larry was not the father. She chose Howard to be the protector of her child, and like he said at the furnal he will honor her wishes. ===================== Yes she did say that. In fact she yelled it on the Ford Shelley tape where he was asking her to sign a form for the house. She yelled that Larry needs to shut his big mouth because he's not the ------- father. Of course if Larry hadn't treated her so badly by refusing to marry her, everything would have turned out differently. But that's something he'll have to live with now every time he looks into his daughters eyes that look so much like Anna's.

Thats treating her badly? I would say he made the right decision considering what has transpired. He's not responsible for Anna's death...look to Howard on that one.

Didn't Larry say they looked at her ovulation chart? Anna asked him to marry her...he wasn't ready...if he had been and had helped with drug intervention (remember, not on his watch?) Anna and Daniel would still be alive, and Larry wouldn't have missed his child's birth and the first seven months of her life. Yes, Larry does hold some responsibility here. You don't get a woman pregnant if you don't want her to be a part of your life.

if he had been and had helped with drug intervention (remember, not on his watch?) Anna and Daniel would still be alive, ++++ So your admitting that IF Anna was away from HKS she may still be alive today ? Why didnt Howard help with the drug intervention ? Why did Howard continue to get drugs in his name for Annas use ? Howard didnt need those drugs for his use. If he needed those drugs, he shouldnt have been raising a baby.

He wanted to be a part of her life, he just wasn't ready to marry her. Many people choose to have children and not marry, not that I agree with it, but it happens alot. As far as the drug intervention, it would probably worked had Howard kept his nose out of it(or should I say gym bag).

So, just co-habitating does have its drawbacks in this case particularly.

You are right there are plenty of people that have children and are not married, and there are plenty of men that have sign birth certificates believing what the mother of child tells them and later finds out they are not the father of the child. Should they be charged with a crime? And don't give me that stuff that Howard knew, because we don't know what he knew. As from what I have heard, she told him he was the father.

No Navy I just didn't read that post nor did I read into the conversations that Howard never used the word "biological" when he referred to Dannielynn, I'm sure there are fathers that don't used the word "biological" when they refer to their children. These exchanges of views on this situation has been great, and I have enjoyed it, but hopefully this is the end of this I hope that Larry will raise his daughter without any of us being involved in their lives. Thanks for the great reading.

As from what I have heard, she told him he was the father. ........................................................ Well then you need to do a little more research. She only stated that after she broke up with Larry. You did hear that Larry went with her in the beginning when she went to her doctors visits(OBGYN) and they bought baby clothes together?

You don't know if they would have later gotten back together, had Howard kept his nose out of it anyway. Had he worked his relationship out with Anna, she would have had a better chance at winning her battle with drugs. It would have been hard to do so because I believe if they ever had an argument and she called Howard, he would have come running with his gym bag.
