All they are doing is playing to the camera and giving sound bytes!

How come our friends on the Left never ask who set's Warren's salary?

I guess it much eaiser not to ask in the first place?

You are correct in saying we really do not know what others do with their money and how much they give to charity. We have no bills, no mortgage or car payments, etc. We claim no deductions other than deducting state taxes from federal taxes. We do not claim real estate taxes or charitable deductions.

This is neither here nor there, but most people in these parts have yard sales to get rid of their unwanted belongings, whereas I give ours to various charities.

"When the WH was asked about Obama's secretary having a higher tax rate than Obama, they said it proved THEIR point about tax equity.  So funny!   So true!"

Advocating for fairness in the tax code does not mean that Buffett or the President should voluntarily pay more money. I guarantee that no knowledgeable Republican, who might now be working toward a more balanced system, would throw in some extra tax money before the rules are changed. To fault the wealthy who legally pay their taxes is just plain foolishness.

"I heard Warren owes the IRS LOTS of money .."

Not true. You should be careful about repeating hearsay.

There was a contested tax case in the courts (perhaps a year ago) which Buffett won.

Either your fingers are typing while your brain is in neutral, or you don't understand what was written. Please note that I will not continue this stupidity with you just so you will be able to have something to do this morning.

Don't know if Buffett owes taxes or not.  But Augusta National appreciates his dues.  That would be the golf club his secretary cannot join.
