I agree with you on the fact that security companies have a high turnover rate. I worked for a company for 3 months and during that time the dispatching department went threw 4 people. I have found though that jobs in this field are just that jobs, they make it virtually impossible to make a career of it. The company I worked for demanded excellence and overtime I worked 45 nights in a row from midnight to AM and the moment I asked for a day off I was denied when I went to the owner of the company he sympathized with me and advised me to talk to my manager again however the next day my manager fired me telling me she had to cut employees do to over hiring. however that night I found an add on internet for my position. I guess it just goes to say that this field is one that is extremely hard to stay in.
