I don't think you offended a soul, especially me. First off why would the airlines do anything on your say so... the only thing they could do is give you information. Your family getting out of Mexico was their responsibility... not yours, unless you called up and made reservations on any available flight. You didn't have the right nor the power to change their bookings and reservations. I understand your worries, but that doesn't mean I have to bend over for you just because you make a decree. lol
