I don't know why Iraq wouldn't want to sit back and see what the next guy has to offer. Especially with bush's dishonest track record.

At least there is a thoughful individual looking at the mess that Bush created.

There is, however, another solution:  "The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder", by Vincent Bugliosi spells out the exact strategy that would send a message to future "leaders" that they cannot lie their way into war without consequences.
