Been there. Massage is good. Go to massage school . It's done a little differently for Fibro. Water arobics is good too. I was on Wellbutrin for depression. I only took pain & muscle relaxer . Get a good vitamin . Even though you're in pain , go for walks , swimming, & other  lite exercise including stretches. eliminate all the stress you can. Don't overdo or you'll find yourself bed-ridden for days or weeks. The last two years I worked , I just slept & worked. I got 2 massages a week  & went to the Chiropractor once a wk.. It got to the point I couldn't work at all. My family supported me as I went through the process to get disability. I got involved in some volunteering through my church. This helped my depression. I was only on Wellbutrin  for about a year.  Pain contributes toward depression & fatique, but , eliminating stress [ physical as well as mental]  , exercising & doing things that give us a good feeling will lessen  your pain. Remember, don't overdo it. It will take a conscious effort for you to adjust to that fact. There's no cure, but with positive , healthy,ife style changes  we can live a productive, happy life.   Best wishes, Diane
