So Bonnie is saying they have a relationship with Howard and Anna? rather strange for a media outlet to have a relationship with people, and it became special when they moved to the Bahamas? Anna has been around alot longer than 2006. hard to believe.

Country I have said this many time HKS did not live for the media, he never sold any of his many stories, ........................................................ He sold the rights to ET on Daniels death, pictures and all, plus within 48 hours of Annas death, interviewed with ET on Annas death....who are you kidding??? He's the one fighting DNA on the baby who clearly belongs to someone else. I don't blame Larry one bit for getting the media behind him, helping him fight for his daughter.

And what is the difference between us believing things that have come out through the media where it concerns Stern and Anna vs you believing what you have heard, read or seen in regards to Vergie. You have not had a front row seat in their house so you have gone on what has been broadcasted as well....guess you fall in that category with the rest of us when it comes to beliving the media right? Everyone has formed their own opinion on all of this. Maybe if Stern would knock off being a jerk people might side with him but as things stand-people see him as an idiot that just won't quit. I remember reading somewhere that he said in the Eulogoy to Anna something to the effect that she was not there to protect him now-what grown man needs a woman to protect them?

Read on TMZ that Stern is asking for a delay in the inquest because he is working on a murder trial. Is it his? He does not hold a license does he since he hasn't practiced in so long and isn't it unethical to have sexual relations with a client and be her lawyer at the same time? ====================================== I found this: It is unethical for a lawyer to get intimately involved with a client because that compromises their objectivity and creates a conflict of interest between the client and the lawyer. That is not a good way to start a relationship. After the case is closed and the relationship is no longer professional, if they want to start a personal relationship, then that is okay. However, the attorney should not represent that client again because of the personal involvement. There is always the possibility that the client's interest and the attorney's interest will be in conflict and could spell the downfall of the relationship. Source(s): CA atty ========= I'm not sure if Howard was still representing Anna in an active case as she had Mr. Rale as her attorney also.

This is what it says. It says NOTHING about him working on a murder trial. A Bunch of Nothing in the Bahamas Posted Mar 27th 2007 4:25PM by TMZ Staff Filed under: Celebrity Justice, Anna Nicole Smith The inquest into the death of Daniel Smith is rolling at a glacial pace. So far, no witnesses have been called. The parties are haggling behind closed doors. The issue -- whether a jury should be impaneled to determine what caused Daniel's death. The lawyer for the estate of Anna Nicole Smith lodged the objection that stalled the proceeding. The inquest could determine if Daniel died by accident, suicide or if it was a homicide. If a jury is impaneled, and jurors decide Daniel's death was a homicide, that finding would be sent to the Attorney General -- who would then decide if charges would be filed. Outside the hearing room, Larry Birkhead called Daniel's death part of a "big puzzle." Birkhead added, "If you put the pieces of it together, then maybe that can help them out." According to one report, the lawyer for Anna's estate is objecting to a jury on grounds that any juror would be tainted by the immense publicity surrounding the deaths of Daniel and Anna

Hope the Bahamian judge does not make a circus out of Daniel's inquest the way Seindlin did out of Anna's burial. Hope he does not give in to Stern and his nonsense either. Heard also that the case can be reopened on Anna, nothing is final in it. There needs to be justice for Daniel and Anna. *************************************** difference on judges, Seidlin made Howard come to court. doesn't seem like the Bahamian judge is making Howard do that.......so far he hasn't showed up for the inquest, why not?

This is from ET :The latest Virgie Arthur sighting in the Bahamas as the Daniel Smith inquest continues. The inquest proceedings into the death of ANNA NICOLE SMITH's son, DANIEL SMITH, resume at 2:30 p.m. today in the Bahamas. No witnesses are expected to testify and it is closed to the media. ET cameras caught Anna's estranged mother, VIRGIE ARTHUR, making a stop for refreshments at McDonald's last night across from her Bahamas hotel. Virgie and her husband were seen walking out carrying a bag of food and a tray with four large drinks, possibly milkshakes, to cool off from the island heat. Virgie told ET she is back in the Bahamas "for her family," adding that she will be in court every day of the inquest into her grandson's death. She has also requested that she be able to testify. After being pushed back a day, the proceedings began Tuesday at 10 a.m., and ET can confirm that HOWARD K. STERN's lawyer is asking for a delay because he is currently working on a murder trial. Currently there is no jury set for the inquest, but if a group is selected, Howard's lawyer has requested that the court submit a special questionnaire for the screening process. ET has obtained the full witness list for the inquest, and Anna Nicole (as Vickie Lynn Marshall) is listed; a statement will be presented in the late model's absence. The list also confirms that Anna's partner, Howard, has been summoned, as well as baby DANNIELYNN's alleged father, LARRY BIRKHEAD. Also included on the complete witness list are Anna's former friends, G. BEN THOMPSON and FORD SHELLEY, and her former physician, DR. SANDEEP KAPOOR. The police photographer has been called to testify, as were various employees from Doctors Hospital, which is where Daniel died. Bahamas Chief Magistrate ROGER GOMEZ says, "We expect to call 40 witnesses altogether, and any persons who may have visited [Daniel] during that time, or visited his mother during the time of his death. Plus, we'll be hearing from doctors in the U.S. -- also some of Daniel's friends." Tuesday morning, amid a paparazzi frenzy, ET spoke with Larry Birkhead, as he arrived to court: "I'm just here to do what's right, to help Daniel," he said. "I'm here to give the truth." Later in the day, on his way out, Birkhead told ET that he will not be returning for another week. "I've been living in hotels forever, so I'd like a little stability," he explained. "[I'll] go sleep in my own bed, go home and work on the nursery.

Well if there jurors come under British Law no the jurors dont receive questionairres to fill in. When they say our laws apply in the Bahamas i dont know to what extent - my personal opinion is they should have there own laws there thousands of miles from us but the thing is under our laws he could say he wouldnt get a far trial cos of the media coverage and he would probably win. Not just that if he was convicted for eg and Ford Shelly was a witness he could maybe appeal on the basis of a unsound conviction. Ie if any witnesses are found no to be rem otely credible it could free him;

Stern appealed the paternity. He has some serious problems. Greta hosts said Stern needs to take the damn test if he wants to keep claiming he is the father. He has to stop these games of his. What an idiot he is.

I'm not up to par these days. But, I just read Howard has stalled both, the paternity test case and Daniel's inquiry. I gotta ask... If he is so sure of his paternity, why doesn't he just get it over with? Why hold on to a child that isn't his? And... Daniel's inquiry is NOT a murder trial, and Stern has not been charged with anything. So, why is HE challenging the sitting of a jury to conduct the inquest? Doesn't he want to know how Daniel died? Wouldn't Anna want to know, if she were alive?

I don't, so for him to do this now is rather stupid. true, this is not a criminal case so why is Howard doing this?
