The US Government has always subsidized the cost of oil production. If a University has enough students enrolled in its energy program that are serious in studies of oill production the University will obtain a grant to explore for oil and natural gas and provide classroom studies on sites for all those participating and this goes for lowere levels of technical schools as well, another explorative adventuresome operation is coal mining and many two year colleges are teaching this as a college degree program. No one can say government is not subsidizing anything, its how the $$$$ works these days. Much to oil company services is something they call sub-lease and they sub-lease properties to education and government institutions whom can explore opportunity. Coal mining property can also be sub-leased to a contractor whom then manages with scab mining outfits whom do not belong to the Union and would never want to belong to the Union, but it is the Union that supports two year colleges, college grants, and Universities in exploration opportunities, they may provide the land survey for free and then the University don't have to lease equipment to get the truth about the property so they know theres oil and natural gas down below befoe they go at securing a grant from Uncle Sam to commence. It saves the schools money and in the long run they work to earn a college degree at these sites and pass the buck. This is America, everything happens, you ain't Union or you would know what the Union does do. Check with the Union Leaders they will tell you up front they are giving to the cause, they are making it happen, they are producing results, they are aristocratic.
Never has anyone gone so far to discredit a source of power than energy concerns. I read so much Ecological bunk that completely misses the point, we have solar power, we have water power, and we have wind power, and now we've got Aircars that run on compressed air and soon Airboats that do the same without fossil fuels so how can anyone think that our government has done nothing. How can anyone feel that we are doing nothing. Its not our job to make the world happen, it just does and if we can see it happen ourselves we could see it happen using compressed air vehicles just as easy as utilizing any alternative fuel vehicle. Hey, stop complaining so often, one time was enough to shake the earth of its population.
If you need water you should get a job driving a Compressed-Air-Transporter and bring yourself the water when you deliver the community water to the pipeline that saves you many miles and it distributes the water so you don't have to do anything except return back to the water transporting barge and hookup another tanker and go again so you can make five trips a day back and forth just like five more truckers that don't have to worry about alternative fuels any longer.
