It grates on my nerves every time any one speaks of a homosexual, as a gay.  The word mean happiness, gaiety, joy, and is giving the wrong meaning to homosexuality, which are persons who are attracted sexually to their same sex.  This is completely opposite of how our bodies were designed for natural propagation.  That is not a happy circumstance.  It alienates you from the normal person who is attracted to their opposite sex for propagation.  Please stop using that term to describe a homosexual.  Many young persons who have not become sexually aware, thick that it is "cool" to be gay, happy, joyful.  Believe it is to be desired.  Homosexuality is not desired.  It is a strange condition that the medical society cannot find a cause or cure.  Please stop using the term gay for homosexuals.  Yes, it is a few letters longer, but, please use the correct term for the undesirable condition of homosexuality.
