I would like to start a Discussion On  Our Warren Police Officers. KoVack  is one that gets to Me. Maybe with out his belly he would not have to use a tazer he could have bent over and cuffed her. This is a misuse of Power. And more complaints from other people ANYONE SEE A PROBLEM WITH THIS. WATCH COPS ON TV. see if you see what happened to our town on there. Are we suppose to have faith in our Police Dept. By all means Lets Use are Foot To push a woman over while tazered. THAT'S A REAL MAN... Talk about over authority .  To protect and serve.  These  are their words or should it be written TO Taze, Taze,Taze,Taze And Taze again then serve., Which is it.?  I've seen so much abuse from our Police Dept  back 40 years ago. From beatings, to harassment to being ignorant. Drunk Driving Cops,  A few Bad Cops make the good cops look bad,. Kovack Should not Have his job back. Hes a bad Cop and everyone knows it.. We need to have a petition to get him out of Warren Police Dept. We need good cops that does there job. That doesn't look the other way when they see a drug deal. Get these prostitutes off our street, Clean our town up. Get the drug dealers out. Get these Drunks off our roads. Safer Schools, Protect our Children our Grand Children. WE ARE NOT SAFE NO MORE. We need to take our town Back. GET KOVACK OUT
