Great article (David G. Kittle chairman of the Mortgage Bankers Association) in the Atlanta Constitution about how it may help few and help some. Due to poor judgement on the part of private and/or public sectors. Why should the people suffer the consequences of a 10 Year -Thorn- how are they to rent apartments, bear the bruise when searching for employment as maybe they lost their jobs due a lack of business judgement. - check out the details by on A21 - with the Barage of foreclosures where are these People going to live or work - Why not give those types a pardon and those who abuse the system a different guideline. Also let's include FINES for those Who use allow a "Third Party" to Manipulate the System for their own Narcisstic Personal ADVANTAGE or to run a "Personal Vendetta" I'm sure many have experienced that or have knowledge of such "Poor Judgement"

Does anyone give a darn about the People whom have suffered from Bankruptcy? Where are they to live in the STREETS? with all these foreclosures and Layoffs these People have no other Choice.  Why should they be Penalized for life sounds like a Ball and Chain? What are the Politicans doing for their People? Are they working on this Archic Mess?  Are we Investigating the "Third Parties" whom think they can turn Bankrutcy cases to illegall ASSETS CASES...We call that Bait and Switch...to Satisfy their own Personal Vendettas
