Where does the government come in when a homeowner, who has always paid insurance, has a claim and the insurance company does everything they can to weasel out of a proper restoration, even when it threatens the health of my family?  I had a leak under my house which has torn up my floor, is now growing mold and we have found asbestos?  All they want to do is replace the top vinyl floor, and all the wood needs to come out as well as dealing with the asbestos and the mold?  Why do we even pay it when they won't do what they say?
