I'm kind of getting Fed Up with the Job Application process theese Companies have come up with, Meaning, the process of filling out an Application "ON-LINE", many I'm finding out in the human resources Depts. don't even bother to look at them, or know they exsist, You hardly ever get a response back, however I will say it does save gas and time from having to drive to that company, it appears as if many in the corporate office don't know to look. I've filled out at least 25 on line applications, and not 1 word, from any of them, upon calling a few of these companies, they informed me they didn't even know you could do that on line with their company - just Amazing !
