    • Should Companies Have Hidden Cameras Watching Workers Everywhere?

Corporations, schools, and colleges, now have hidden cameras everywhere, including in the washrooms. I was really amused when I seen a hidden camera shot video of a Illinois ball headed, black school principal, having great afternoon sex, with his new attractive white teacher. They really appeared to be enjoying the passion of having inter-racial secret sex on the job. But these actions cost them to retire from thier jobs, but I'm sure that the passionate memories will sooth their pain. So I ask the question, should your company and corporation be allowed to have hidden cameras to watch your every single move?

In this day, as long as they tell you that they are there, and that they are not in the bathroom stalls.

Where I work cameras are illegal everywhere. When my coworkers and I discovered that a camera was put up to watch us at night we reported it to higher ups and our boss almost lost his job.

Isn't it a good thing that the camera caught the principal and the teacher? I'm not the least bit interested in their races, but (in my humble opinion) their amorous adventures should be kept for their own time - NOT when they are being paid to educate and care for our children. We have (non-hidden) cameras at my place of employment, and I have no problem with them. They aren't located in the washrooms, or private places - they are directed at entrances and exits, and have proven useful in preventing theft. On the lighter side, we have to be much more creative about surprise birthday parties and the like - can't have all our preparations broadcast in the guest of honor's office, lol.

You should have no expectation of privacy unless you are in the washroom, - putting a camera there would be illegal.

I don't see a problem with cameras, hidden or not. If you're doing your job and nothing else, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. My experiences with cameras at work were good, they helped, didn't hurt. No one there ever complained about them, in fact it was just the opposite.

The FBI recently busted hundreds of gay men having sex in airport washrooms, and meeting through the internet, to pre-arange a "sexual quickee," in the men's wshrooms. So maybe companies need to have cameras in the wasrooms too, since it appears a great place to have all types of hot company sex?

It is really pathetic that companies cannot trust their workers enough to have to spy.  That tells you alot about todays society and how it has changed drastically.  What ever happen to the days where one could trust someones word and actions?  If you have to hide a camera on an employee, maybe you shouldn't of hired that employee in the first place.   But in todays lack of morals and values.  People cannot be trusted anymore. We have to "police". Sad thing is, it won't be getting any better.

It seems to be inevitable that cameras will be spreading -we've got them everywhere here in the UK they even use them to spy on people putting the garbage out !

I think a company has the right to put cameras wherever they choose.  After all they own the place.  If you aren't doing anything wrong why does it matter.  I consider the work place somewhat public and you shouldn't be doing anything wrong or personal during that time
