I started smoking early, when I was about 7-8 y.o. and I smoked almost 40 yrs. of my lifetime.I tried to quit in so many ways, that won't bother to specify it, 'cos I'm gonna tell You, what kind of mistake I use to do, that my quitting was making so hard. You see, when You keep smoking, Your brain gets less oxygen intake all the time. This is WHY, Your are going MAD, when You quit it.Suddenly brain gets too much oxygen to handle. So,like everyone else,I tried very hard to avoid smoking enviroment, when I'd quit, but somehow accidently I was forced to be a passive smoker, even sleeping in stinky smoked room, and this way I did find out, that it acctually prevented me from being mad to heart attack, and without picking a ciggaret my brain is being happy with regulated exess of oxygen intake for the first and most difficult period. It helps also,to do different mind & body cleansing practices, and avoiding JUNK FOOD & synthetic suggar consumption which increases our aggression. When an urge comes, I wait it out for a few secs. visualizing golden silver sunshine entering my body & repeating few OM MANI PEME HUNG buddist cleansing mantras. So,just few basic steps keep sane, like:regulated intake of fresh air to brain by being a passive smoker sometimes; no junk food; no synthetic suggar; mind & body cleansing practices; use exess of energy in positively useful ways. All the best to You! MikeyLovesYou!!!
