Mr. Jennings: Not only were you my favorite newsman you were my inspiration when it came to presentation, content and style. I followed you original broadcast when you brought in the Millenium that the impression carried me to create it in 2003 for the Girl Scout's in the Nation Capital Council Service Unit 21-2's Thinking Day celebration. The World Organization of Girl Guides and Girl Scounts(WAGGGS) all over the world on February 22nd take time to think about each other and share time the history of scouting with the community. Our Svc Unit of 200+ adults and girls in 2003 were introduced to ABC and Peter Jennings 2000 Millenium Broadcast meeting girls scouts around the world.
