When Peter Jennings was on the news, I listened to him. He seemed to have the voice you would want to listen to. He showed interest in the people, the world, and what he was doing as a career for himself. I am sad to hear and see that he had died and how I had learned was from a friend of mine who read about his death on a magazine cover. I knew that Jennings had retired but I did not know why or the fact that he had cancer that he apparently died from. He was an awesome anchorman and he was our local anchor man!
