Yes, a person should be able to sell their Kidney. I realize the Government is trying to protect us, but why is it we are allowed to give our organs away after death but not to sell them while we are alive. We have the right to chose what we do with our body and that includes selling a kidney. There are changes in medicine all the time, so those doctors that are opposed to this idea should look at the history of medicine, change is a constant in their world, so get used to it.
People should have the right to decide what they do with their body period! No one else gets to tell them what to do with it, provided they are of sound mind.
