I just have one question, why do we all vote? It comes down to the electorial vote on who wins the presidency. Why do everyday people like us vote? How does our vote count, we are not the electorial  vote we are just the people? thank you

We vote because the voting majority sends their delegates to the electoral college. The electoral college is a check against voting fraud. If there were no electoral college it would be possible to stuff the ballot boxes and buy the election but with the electoral college that would be almost impossible. Besides, who wins the world series; the team who scores the most runs or the team who wins the most games.
