What happens when you have credit card collections that you can't pay?  I'm a realtor and the home sales

fell flat for me about 8 months ago.  Everytime I get a contract now, the buyer can't get a loan.

No income and I'm drowning in debt.   Will the collections haunt me forever ?  I don't know when I'll

even be able to make a payment.
