I read something recently that George Stephanopolis is a Hilary Clinton advisor.  I object to his use on ABC Nightly News as a political commentator unless his connection is mentioned because, of course, any thing he says is going to be biased.  We need to have fair coverage.  Last night he said that Obama was unelectable because of his connection to Rev. Wright. This is the latest Clinton effort to discredit him.  Because Obama was forthright in his brave and thoughtful speech on Monday he is very electable.  What will I tell my multi-racial 13 yr old granddaughter? That she isn't "too black"  according to a "friend?" who made that comment after I showed a picture of her with me, a white grandmother; quite literally because I don't die my hair "red" at almost 70 but keep it naturally white.

I do think George is very partial to not only Hillary but Obama also.   Though to be fair he said some in the party might see Obama as unelectable because of the Wright fiasco.

As far as Obama and his "brave and thoughtful speech" no conservative would have gotten away with the words that Obama preached if they were about white bigotry.  First off, the conservative would have never been able to survive the close association with a white racist (remember Wright was Obama's spiritual advisor).  Secondly, if they found some way to survive the nuclear blast from their association they would be instantly vaporized for not cutting all strings to that association.  Obama is unwilling to remove himself from the grounds where black racism is given the pulpit.  This, rightfully so, makes those who preach white racism unelectable.  The same results should be expected for Obama.
