How exciting to see this program on World News.  I would like to know what the procedure is to get this program in my area.  I live in Bedford, Va.  Many or let me say most people in this area are born in the area, go to school in the area, get married and remain in this area and eventually die in this area never knowing anything else.  Our local Community College recently opened a branch in Bedford.  This has been a boom for the area in many ways but the multiple problems in the school system seem to start in grade school and travel through High School.  This area of the country would benefit from this program.  I would appreciate any information about this program.  Thank you,
