I think donor or their families should get compensation. I am an organ donor and it would be grand to know that my death would end up with my children being better set up through compensation of my being a donor. On the other hand, there are always those who are going to make this a horrific reason to steal body parts during surgery that they have no right to remove. I would hate to be the person who goes into the hospital for heart surgery and come out of it with one less kidney because a doctor knows just where to sell them on the black market.  I can only imagine how profitable it would be for a doctor who got 60 grand a pop for a kidney.  Wow can you imagine how easy it would be to give a patient meds that cause other side effects to set them up for this fake surgery that's intended simply to remove a body part. I don't think this is extreme thinking as I only have an 8th grade education and I am sure those more educated individuals out here can think up a lot more schemes to pull off a substantial living from harvesting organs from living people though fraudulent means.
