Dear Mr. Woodruff: My name is Allene and I head up a non-profit medical association. Since 2004 we have been meeting with officials in Washington, White House Staff, HHS, Tommy Thompson and the latest on May 15th with Dept. of Defense, Tri-Care Ins. officials, and chief of neurology at Walter Reed Hospital in the office of Texas Congressman, Ralph Hall. We work with doctors, researchers, and hospitals and believe very strongly that we have a major piece of the puzzle in treating TBI. This treatment needs to be used as soon as possible to help stop the devastation and improve the overall outcome in the lives of our soldiers experiencing a TBI. We have documentation and research to prove our position. We filmed a PBS television program in Feb. on the use of this treatment for neurological conditions and in Nov. we will film at the PBS station here in Dallas our second program on TBI and the use of this treatment in the military. It is before a live audience and with a panel of experts. I would like very much to speak with you about this and to tell you a personal story that will simply amaze you. I, too, have traveled the same journey that Lee has gone down. I promise you will not be disappointed in what I have to relay to you and time is of the utmost importance. Thank you.
