First  EVERYONE should have medical insurance so the poor would not be excluded from the opportunity for a kidney or any other body part that was available & that they had need of.  Then people should be allowed to sell their bodies & the parts---we should all be FREE to help others & at the same time benefit ourselves.  Nobody is hurt---instead people are helped.  How I wish the technology existed for me to GIVE one of my eyes to my niece who has a disintegrating retina & loss of peripherial vision but retinas cannot be transplanted.  PHOOEY! These are our bodies & as long as nobody is hurt it should be our own decision---not someone else's.
