Allowing these folks, TB-patient to seek treatment, not punishment and cruelty.

We have appreciated the dedication of all our U.S. Sheriffs, have enforcing the laws for abiding citizens. We also asked our every U.S. Sheriffs, that they are get paid by tax payers, too, so they should and, must respecting their duty with ethics on doing their job by enforcing with honesty, fair and humane, not dictator. For example, if any HIV patient(s) have happen to be son of any Sheriffs went around to contagious, and infecting other people husband, and doing by intentionally base on his racism because he doesn't like any color wife, for example, because she happen to be of a brown or orange color, for example. The point is, Will the Sheriff would say harsh words about that kind of behavior (offenses...) and would share to the public fairly if he happen to be Sheriff's own kid, son..?
