Just posted on the GMA board.  We are due to leave for almost a month in Europe this weekend..      In mid March, we sent our valid passports to Philadelphia for pages to be added.  They entered the "system" on 20 April.  They are now at Charleston SC "being processed"  There is no public access to this facility--even if we could get there, we couldn't get the passports.  Our congressman, Dave Hobson's office is attempting to help us.  Now we play a wait and see and telephone game.  What a lovely trip we have planned--including a week's cruise on the Elbe.  I have vented, but don't feel any better.         Pat

I have a friend that just got his passport on Monday.  He sent off his paperwork the first week of March. 

My cousin went in person to the Houston passport office last month, two days before he was to leave for Poland, and had the passport in his hands the next day.  He was told to do this by his representative.

Well, there is good news!!!  Thanks to Congressman Dave Hobson and his staff, the passports are on their way.  We live in Ohio--not near any of the offices.
