My daughter-in-law is now in the mental hospital and has been 7 times in 6 months since she had her daughter. They have tried all kinds of meds in all kinds of combinations but she is not getting better in fact it has become worse. She was out the last time for only 3 days when she decided to take 10 pills of lorazapam instead of one. Her thoughts are very suicidal and she has voices in her head that tell her to harm her baby. My son & I are the primary caregivers of the baby and we are at our wits end. The doctors don't seem to "get" it and it seems all they do is medicate. Is there anyplace here in Oregon that deal with postpartum depression where we could get her the help she needs? Thank you Leslie
