I am more bothered about racial issues concerning women stil being harassed in the workplace and nothing being done about it.  Mu husband owns a tree service.  The business has gone into the hole since the economy and my husband has begged me to help him in all aspects of the running of the business.  EVERYTIME i have to speak to one of his workers about breaking equipment, cussing at customers and the boss....etc, I get told to  let your husband handel this....its between men....who do you think you are to come in here and tell us what to do....

I am so hurt and frustrated as there is nothing legally we can do and there are no other qualified people in ojr area to hire right now.  So this is my experience with racism.

With the financial condition of the US right now, being unemployed is not an option for a racist. If your husband doesn't like that then you can put the burden back in his court.

BTW: how far do you need to go to find a tree surgeon?
