I LOVED it!!  It was so funny that I missed parts through my laughter.  I'd guess it probably will get a lot of flack from the seriously religious (which I am not), but it was just asking questions, some of which I've wondered all my life.  Like how can you take the bible literally, when it contradicts itself all over the place?  Like how did Cain and Able find wives, when they were the only children of the first two people on earth?  Like do you REALLY believe that one 900-year-old man could seriously collect two of every single species on earth and put them on an ark he built by hand?

The way it was edited was just hilarious.  Everyone should see this movie!

It sounds like an interesting movie because it never hurts to ask questions, Jesus encouraged it...

But I would like to take a jab at these questions that were presented in the movie...you could take it as my own opinion but read and follow along in the Bible see it for your self...I encourage it....

True, there may appear to be discrepancies in certain Bible accounts. But the problem usually is lack of knowledge regarding details and circumstances of the times.

For example, some persons will draw attention to what they consider a discrepancy in the Bible, asking: 'Where did Cain get his wife?' The assumption is that Cain and Abel were the only children of Adam and Eve. But the assumption is based on a misunderstanding of what the Bible says. The Bible explains that Adam "became father to sons and daughters." (Genesis 5:4) Thus Cain married one of his sisters or possibly a niece.

Often critics are just looking for contradictions and so may declare: 'The Bible writer Matthew says that an army officer came to ask Jesus a favor, while Luke says that representatives were sent to ask. Which one is correct?' (Matthew 8:5, 6; Luke 7:2, 3) But is this really a contradiction?

When the activity or work of people is credited to the one who is actually responsible for it, a reasonable person does not claim a discrepancy. For example, do you consider a report to be in error that says a mayor built a road even though the actual building of the road was done by his engineers and laborers? Of course not! Similarly, it is not inconsistent for Matthew to say that the army officer made a request of Jesus but, as Luke writes, that such a request was made through certain representatives.

As more details are known, apparent discrepancies in the Bible disappear.

Adam lived to be 800 years old. Yeah, I get it. and Cain and Able married their sisters or nieces or maybe even mom

The Bible isn't clear in regards to who Cain took to be his wife when he left his parents and ventured off someplace else and populated there, maybe even resulting in living in caves, who knows but regardless he did bring a female with him which more than likely was a relative of his. But the issue is that in order for you to believe this you must have faith, I do, Oh and by the way Adam lived to be 935 years old, close though. I know your being smart about it but that comment I posted was just clearing up misunderstading about the Bible account regarding if it contradicts itself....

Where they here before or after the aborigines arrived in Australia?

How reliable is their dating methods? Carbon dating isn't one hundred percent correct so how do they accurately figure that they were humans over 70,000 years ago on this planet?

Phil and Mad,

I have the first generation to newer oldies of the Little rascals and Laurel and Hardy - purchased them - my kids crack up over it.  We love the real older ones - black and white, no sound.  ;-)
