If you take the NRA's basic principle of the right to bear arms, it naturally follows that you also have the right to bear nukes. After all, it isn't nukes that kill people, it's people that kill people. Talk about a clueless NRA......

Since a nuclear weapon is not an aimed, man portable, single user device, it is not classed under 'arms'. The proper classification is 'ordnance'. There is no Constitutional protection on the right to bear ordnance.
