Well these are her latest demands. I think personally he should give her a photo of the baby and say this is the nearest you will get to it and strap a restraining order against her. He should also say to the judge what she wants and does the judge really think shes a good person to be round the baby. Interesting..and for some strange reason for a grannie no mention is made of access - which after all i thought this was all about 1. Custody in case Larry dies 2. Joint control over all assets 3. The right to sue Stern for wrongful death on behalf of Dannielynn And then ppl seriously wonder why ANS was the way she was :(

Where does her demands have anything about just being a 'grandma' to her? Someone shut the hag up-namely Larry and the judge.

This woman is strange as anything and tbh worries me like anything. No way in hell should Larry agree to her having that baby in the event of his death. That really really does worry me that he would do that cos she is obsessed and when ppl r obsessed they do things they shouldnt and at this point i just think Vergie is seriously disturbed.

If he does agree, he can go to the courts in the U.S. and have it changed. Nothing is set in stone and anyway, the Bahama's have no say in crap when it comes to her, they need to shut up too.

Apparently according to some at least.( well one was John O Quinnan ) but others too..there is apparently some agreement between the US and Bahamas and there saying that any agreements made in the Bahamas initially at least would be honoured in the states

It has to be agreed upon and Larry is not budging on anything and shouldn't. He can take his time, he is staying in the mansion and the longer Arthur fights him, the longer it will be before she gets to see her because as long as Howard is in the mansion, Arthur won't get near the baby. I think the owner will let Larry stay and keep Arthur out. Sooner or later the old fart is going to run out of money and gas-Larry is not going to give up and as Howard promised, he will not let Arthur near her per Anna's wishes. I am sure interview with ET of Anna talking about her mom will be played for the judge.

Umm Ford Shelly is kinda a hard one to work out how he will go. He said last week if hks gives him 1 1/2 mill he can stay there but i think if Vergies mob gave him money he would take that especially seeing as he seems to hate Howard. Dunno about her running out of money Oquinnnan has tons and splash too i guess..the only question is how long will this run on for and if they will keep pumping money into this case/ Regarding the horizons house..ive seen a copy of an letter from the Calendar Solicitors and possibly it may not belong to Shelly anyhow.

NOT!

If someone does something wrong in your country firstly it depends on the crime but there is generally like a mini trial here and that will decide if he is to be extradited and yea i know about that guy who killed the wife..was very sad :( But i didnt mean that there is some custody agreement that the states will honour ours and we have to honour agreements made in the states

O'Quinn should be advising his client to shut her mouth and leave Larry to raise his daughter without her stupid demands. She is one sic woman and to think I liked her...what a fool!

I do not think she's asking anything that she shouldn't be entitled to, as a grandmother. In our country grandparents can sue for visitation, and other arrangements. And now that Dannielynn's mother died, the baby will need a permanent female presence (who is not her nanny.) I think Virgie should be allowed to take custody of the baby if something were to happen to Larry. The way things have been this past year, close blood-relatives of Dannielynn have been dying like flies. So, a document of guardianship in case of Larry's demise is a must. Who else should the baby go to? About suing Stern, she should be in her own right. Her daughter and grandson died while in the company of the dude and he should bare some responsibility for their deaths. After all, the medicines which caused their deaths were most likely supplied by Stern, since his name was in the prescription bottles. The only unreasonable thing she's asking is for the dual asset control. If I were Larry, I would immediately hire an HONEST attorney (if there is such thing) and revise the will... and get out of the shadow of the Stern curse. :|

For that matter if the baby went to Vergie how do you know something wouldnt happen to it? She has one child who got shot with her revolver. Another who got put in prison for kidnapping a paraplegic and then one who gets into drugs...and to a woman who allegedly stood by while her daughter got abused...yea sure i would send a baby there :(
