The point is it was born in the Bahamas ( no i dont think shes a bahamian citizen) but shes in the Bahamas and they hjave juridsiction in the matter,.

Horse crap, girls are raised by their fathers all the time and who the heck are lawyers to tell a father he cannot raise his daughter? And the fact that she is not even a Bahamian citizen, it is not their call. If Larry is the father he will fight for her and he will win period. No judge or lawyer or country can take a child from a father because they are male especially if they are not unfit. Now Stern, he is a DIFFERENT story, breed. First, he is not the father and has no claims to her and second I would not trust him with my pet fish much less a child-two people who were around him are dead..and these are people he claims he LOVED! This is just a sample of a lawyer running his mouth with nothing to back up what he claims can happen.

For your information i think a Bahamian lawyer would know there own rules. Secondly ive heard this several times regarding the grandmother getting custody of this baby. Whether you like it or not this could happen.

Don't buy it period, don't care what you say on this one. No court can take custody of a child from a father if is is a girl.

Doesnt matter what you believe. I dont want Vergie to get custody of that girl but/..unless Larry and Howard work something out together theres a good chance she could get her.

And it does not matter what YOU want! No courts is going to tell a father he cannot have custody of his daughter especially after someone like Stern and Anna kept her from him. Where do get thinking Larry and Howard could work out a deal? If Larry is the father I can guarantee you he is going to tell Howard where to go. Howard and Anna have put him through hell and I don't forsee Larry allowing him near the kid especially with Anna and Daniel both dying and all the evidence with the drugs. Stern will be too busy trying to wiggle his way out of the legal mess he is about to deal with. He has a whole lot of explaining to do.

They may know a lot but there is NO COURT in the world that can take a child from its father because it is female unless the father is unfit-and Larry is not unfit so my bet is Larry will have her.
