Then he has to go to court once again and fight for custody. Thats when the dirt starts slinging.... The invalid birth certificate. Howard having so many prescription drugs. Anna and Howards residency by fraud. Howard wisking Anna away from the real father. Howard was an enabler. Daniels mystery death. The mansion that was suppose to be a gift. Howards and Anna's corperation and tax fraud. On and on and on........ There's no way a court will allow Howard to keep that child once all this information is stated in court.

Actually I was not referring to anything dragonette said, just that the courts have not yet had a chance to hear any of this yet. It will have an impact regardless of what their laws are.

Well put, he does not stand a chance in heck to getting her. Sad thing is the baby should have been put in protective custody after Anna died and all the stuff came out. They all know about it especially since they fear Howard wont get a fair trial because of all the media on it so why have they not put the childs well being first? None of it makes sense as to why this continues to drag on and why if they are not considered citizens why it is not moved to the U.S. If Stern was smart he would let the kid go and prepare himself for a whole lot of questioning into all the issues you mentioned. I think he is going to be in trouble on most of them.

Thats why i dont get if as you claim the Bahamain laws are invalid in this case why any of this is even being held in the Bahamas ..................................................... My guess is that it is because Howard has the baby and the courts told Howard not to leave the country. I think though that when all this comes out in the courts under oath, Larry's lawyers could try to get it shifted to the US.

Lawyers can fight for what their clients want, doesn't mean the judge goes along with it. I wouldn't put it pass some of these lawyers to drag this out so the can charge big bucks.

If Larry is the father, which I think he is, Vergie's lawyer and the whole state of Texas for that matter can fight for custody till their blue in the face. No court will give that child to a grandparent when there is a father who wants the child and the father is fit to raise it, is employed and can care for her. Vergie's lawyer needs to go away with his client. I can see her wanting to get the child away from Stern until paternity is determined, put her with blood relatives but once it is established that is who the child goes to. Vergie better be careful because Larry will end up telling her to hit the road too. Too much media has been on this case and too many people are out for the money-that child needs a loving, stable environment FREE from all this hype about her mother and what she did or did not do. She does not need to hear it and I think if Vergie gets her she will parade her around and I think she has seen too many $$$$ signs. I don't believe it is about the well being of that child with Vergie. Lets all hope that this will end soon and pray that the little girl will grow up in a normal environment.

I agree, I can't imagine the courts not giving the baby to Larry if he is proven to be the father. However if something happens and Larry is found not to be the father, I have no doubt that Vergie will get the baby.
