Anna Nicole Smith Death - The Broward County Medical Examiner has confirmed that not one of the 11 drugs that were found in Anna Nicole Smith's hotel room were not prescribed to Anna Nicole Smith. FOX News anchor Greta Van Susteren was able to secure documents from Dr. Joshua Perper's office that show that of the 11 drugs, eight of them were prescribed to Howard K. Stern. Two were prescribed to Alex Katz and one was prescribed to Anna's psychiatrist, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, reports TMZ.com. The common denominator is that Dr. Eroshevich wrote all 11 prescriptions. One of the more interesting centers around the chloral hydrate that was deemed to be the major cause of Anna's death (prescribed to Stern) was in a duffel bag in the hotel room. Van Susteren speculates that since Anna was too weak to even get out of bed to go to the bathroom, how did she manage to get out of bed in order to open the bag and get the chloral hydrate? Perper said even if someone else gave her the drugs, "It's not wise for sure, but it's not homicide." If you ask me, this proves that Howard contributed to her drug habit which killed her.

ET asked the doctor 2 weeks ago under the presumption these were Anna's prescriptions, wasn't she afraid of losing her license and the doctor said no she wasn't. I would thinks she would lose her license prescribing drugs to a person who is not being treated such as Howard. and the Seminole Police Dept closed this case? there are red flags all over this case.

That would keep him from recieving a first degree murder charge, however since the drugs were in his name he should get a lesser charge of at least manslaughter.

Anna lived in that house for free from August to February and Stern has been there since and after Anna died. I hope that the owner puts a lien against the estate of Anna's too to pay him his rent for all those months.

Maybe but.. While i admit that if Howard is guilty he should get life the concerns i have are on the ppl giving evidence at the inquest. Two concerns i have regarding Ford Shelly aparrt from i think hes a total slimeball.. In court he said to the judge that his daughter was scared and that Howard woudlnt let her use the phone and that he would never forgive him for that or words to that effect. However what Howard actually said was the phone in here isnt working go and use the one in the kitchen. Sorry but this is blatant lieing on Shellys part and even if Howard lies dont mean its ok for others to lie. Secondly Shelly says when they got back from the hospital with Daniels things he got his jeans and some tablets fell out. Howard apparently said he had to get rid of them. So the cops went thru his jeans and found the pis card and yet missed tablets in the boys jeans?? Yea of course...

How on earth would they be in his pocket if Stern flushed them down the toilet? I believe Shelly and think he is just fed up with chasing Stern down for the money for that mansion. Nothing is free in life. Anna and Stern seemed to think everything was though. No one should have to be chasing him down, filing eviction papers --just leave. I was watching a program last night and the legal experts all said this case will be reopened. It is illegal to give someone else your drugs, methadone is illegal in the Bahama's for starters and that was in Sterns name. The Chloral Hydrate was in Sterns name. Many have said she was too ill to go to the bathroom alone much less know to go into the black bag and find the CH and take it. Someone gave it to her. I have not heard reports that this doctor was with them in Florida, I know Stern, Moe and his wife were there. They said too once this inquest gets going and things start coming out, Anna's case will be reopened. Stern is facing charges for several different things-conspiracy, fraud, receiving methadone, trespassing, hopefully kidnapping (the kid is not his), deaths of Anna and Daniel. He should just give up his game already, turn the baby over to Larry and face the music. And yes there are red flags everywhere, seems all of us on the outside are the only ones seeing them. Will there be justice for Anna and Daniel? Will that little girl get to know who her real father is? I pray that yes is the answer to both questions.

To be honest im not sure why he would be charged with half of those offences. Why conspiracy fraud and trespassing and kidnapping? At the end of the day at any time of day social services can go in there and take that baby away. They havent done so. The judge could order the baby to be handed over at any time. Again they havent done so. Trespassing? If u mean regarding him being the house well thats simple they could just issue him with a eviction notice...if Thomspon really owns that house. They can also force the eviction obviously.

It came out a couple weeks ago that charges of conspiracy and fraud are being considered because he paid the Gibson guy a huge amount of money along with a Rolex watch to hurry up and make Anna a citizen. That is why gibson resigned-it was a big no-no. If I stayed in a house that I did not pay for I would be charged with trespassing-what makes him any different-oh I forgot because his name is Stern! Stern fights everyone. The house IS NOT Sterns, he couldn't pay for his own underwear how could he pay for a $900,000.00 house and it definitely WAS NOT Anna's because she never paid for it. Stern needs to start acting like a man and stop being an idiot, do the right thing. All of this is going to someday bite him in the back end. Thompson owns the house and has been trying to get them to either pay for it or get out. How long would you wait for your money if this were you? I can guarantee you not long.

You didn't answer my question-just how long would you allow someone to live on a property of yours without paying? Stern needs to just leave the house willingly instead of making these people go through all of what they are going through to get him out. That is what a decent human being would do.
