Each night on cable television a host of commentators line up to give their opinions on the case of Anna Nicole Smith. Much of the time, the TV talking heads turn their ire on Howard K Stern, the man that was the boyfriend and attorney of Anna Nicole on the day that she died. Now a report from Entertainment Tonight is citing Art Harris and the claim is that Stern is set to hire a powerhouse attorney to sue those parties for defamation. Harris adds that when Stern objected to the DNA release didn?t help his image, but that?s certainly not criminal. What his lawyers don?t understand is why his side of the story isn?t getting out. Anyone can file a lawsuit, does not mean you will win it. Think Stern better wait to see what happens when all the investigations come out on him. Lots of people say he had a hand in both deaths. Funny how two people are dead and he is still alive and then we have the tapes of Anna stoned out of her mind and who is taping them? As one said last night, he can't sue for something that was not his and he surely can't sue for Danielynn, she is not his. and they said the tapes were entered as evidence. This is in regard to the nannay who said Anna starved her baby, and the one who said Anna yelled at her over the washing machine instructions. I watched the attorney and heard her myself.
