I am glad that Larry is the father. He seems level headed, and I hope that he will do what is fair. Virgie needs to be a part of the child's life whether others like her or not. It's just sad that this dragged on for so long. I want to see the final costs of all of these lawyers. You talk about millions!! Geez. And all for nothing. I feel sorry (yes) for HKS. He used poor judgment and made a lot of poor decisions which indirectly led to the deaths of two people. He looked worn. I would be too if I had a conscience. Another thing that I hope Larry will do is try to settle this legal matter with the Marshall family. ANS should have been entitled to about 10 million-20 million, but not the 500 million, I am sorry to say. ANS was not in the will, but she should be entitled to what was earned during the time that she was with her husband. I would bet the Marshall family would be willing to make a settlement now just to get it over with, but I expect them to continue fighting against the 500 million if it's not settled. Debra Opri said that Larry thought the 500 million was just Howard's and Anna's "dream." Look at how many people have died, and no one has gotten one red cent. End it now, and everyone get on with their lives. If I can live in a double wide overlooking a creek, HKS can to. Take your contingency fee, and live a simpler lifestyle.

I was happy Larry was the dad too, because I knew Virgie would smear Howard until he was brought up on all kinds of false charges, just so she could have who some now call Dollarlynn. But, Larry won't just grab her and go..there is a transition phase just like I told you a month ago, when you didn't believe me. Oh and grant...shhhh there's a second house too:D

I think it was on a different island in the bahamas and some say she was too ill to go and finish purchase and others say it simply wasnt paid for or the mortgage didnt go thru or whatever. Larry needs to do what is best for the child first. he has no obligations towards Virgie, especially when she claimed the men were nothing more than sperm donors. when it comes to the child I am still convinced Virgie only sees $$$.

The Bahama's can make whatever decision they want but about custody, Larry gets back to the states and he will go to the courts here. No grandparent in the U.S. has dual custody when the father is fit and stable to raise his child. Vergie got that 'sperm donor' comment from Anna saying it to people. He has missed so much in the last 6 months including her birth and that he will never get back. Courts don't take kids from parents and hand them over to grandparents unless there is documented proof that the parent is unfit and we all know that is far from the truth, if anyone is unfit and a nut case it is Vergie. I am beginning to believe what Anna said, well the sister did say there was abuse in the family. I have never heard of dual custody between a grandparent and parent. Where did she get this?

Too, Vergie lives in Texas and Larry is in California. They never remove a child from the county, much less the state where the parent resides. The whole object is to reunite a parent with a child, not take it especially when he has not had much time to be with her to begin with. They don't take babies from mothers who are drug addicts. Larry has nothing against him as far as criminal so no court will award her dual custody. I am just so excited for him and can't wait to see the pictures of them two togehter tho, I think he is going to tell the media to go away. He is interviewing nannies, I told my daughter we are moving to California, I want to be her nanny! I would love to just hold her and give her a big hug. And hug Larry-he is too cute. LOL!
