I do not agree with Don Imus' comments, however, has the entire country forgotten that not long ago the Rev. Al Sharpton referred to Caucasian Americans as "Crackers"? Was he fired from his radio program? How many sponsors found that offensive? Not to mention that he has spurred more divisiveness calling for vengeance and no forgiveness and still calling himself a "REVEREND" ... of what?

Either all mainstream media have either forgotten those comments or have lost their collective backbone. Nobody has called him on the carpet for those comments. Has he done as much charity as Don Imus? What is this cast the first stone...

Al Sharpton doesn't believe in God...he believes he is God! Okay, I will give him some credit; he believes he is the newly appointed Jesus Christ on the rocks with a twist of James Brown! That he is, to the less articulate crowd. "Anyways"( Sharpton speak),  I am thinking the real debate of interest would be Al Sharpton and Donald Trump discussing the merits of a reasonable hairdo.

Al Sharpton is nothing more than a comedy that takes himself seriously.

Yeah I  think ole Al Sharpton needs lots of prayers and Jesse Jackson. Maybe a few more have just missed the point . I don't think Brother Martin Luther King Jr. dreamed it their way! I think his dream went a little something more like me for example; I grew up with a racist father and turned out to be one of the least prejudice people I know (now I mean against all races!!!) Seems I've only ever heard theses guys try to stand up for blacks only! I could be wrong about that though I try not to listen to these guys much after all like I said before they are not MLK'S dream come true! They, I believe are just mostly looking for a fight! Blessed are the peacemakers Rev. Al !!!! Jesse !???!!! Remember other races have problems too! Oh yeah and tell Oprah too! (Just on that last part for OPRAH, she otherwise doesn't seem to want to fight!) We are ALL God's children! He loves us ALL! I believe he has equal love for, let's say Charlie Manson as he does the Pope! We are already supposed to be past all this racist  BULL, and I believe most of us are, however there are a few still out like the skin heads, kkk, black panthers, Al Sharpton Jesse and all the like that still just want to have a huge fight! Imus is just who you guys are taking it out on just because you can! ~ Now this coming from someone whom is not particularly an Imus fan, or any of the others for that matter, Except God and MLK Jr. (and a little Oprah!) Go with God people!!

Wow, i think you need to stay away from trying to comment on what you think MLK'S dream was, I mean, what you were trying to say was a bit much.I think folks tend to think Al and Jesse are some type of troublemakers because they don't mind speaking up for what is clearly injustice. There are so many injustice issues in this world and alot of people won't speak up about them, then you want to criticize the folks that will speak out.I mean if you are not trying to address these ignorant issues, somebody should. They shouldn't be swept under the rug.One thing I can say is if MLK was able to turn over in his grave,he probably would because he would be upset to see all the racism, hate crimes and injustice still going on in the year of 2007

I wouldn't have even known anyone said anything until Sharpton and Jackson got hot over what another idiot said about some girls that the rest of us had never heard of either. You can't change anyone but yourself, fools. Stop trying. No one can make you feel bad about yourself until you allow them to do so. This isn't rocket science. He now has a wider listening audience than ever (or will have) because some other hot heads chose to spotlight themselves. I don't care what any of these people think or say about me, my kids or my race. No one can judge me until and unless I allow them to elevate themselves above me. God made us all equal. Jesse and Al gave this idiot more credence than he deserved and more than likely a greater listening audience than he had before equalling a greater contract when the next listening audience polls are taken. They're all fools. Don for letting his mouth show what was in his heart. (Biblical teaching, man hasn't changed much). Al and Jesse for shining Imus' light on themselves. For their own reasons but none the less they tried to steal his spotlight. Don't you hate it when that happens? The Rutgers team for allowing these idiots to elevate themselves for their own motives. None of you have learned anything about this life.

Who's trying to change anyone and maybe just maybe your point would be well taken if you leave the name calling out FOOLS,I mean was that even called for?Next question what point were you trying to make when you posted your comment to me,Everyone knows you can't change people but Al and Jesse will speak up when it comes to the injustice issues and they very well should.Somebody needs to.

He has a larger listening audience.I had never heard of Imus until he made his ignorant comment.I guess you would have to be a fan of the so called shock jock to even understand how people can stand behind this man like he's the best thing since sliced bread.
